What's the cost structure?+
Two tiers. Per-pack ($X per 100 leads, one-shot) for agencies just starting a lead-gen line. Subscription ($X/mo for unlimited leads in N industries, M cities) for agencies running active lead-gen engagements. Both have founding-rate pricing for the first 50 agencies — reply to the welcome email for the current sheet.
Can I really resell the lists with my own branding?+
Yes — license includes resale within your client portfolio. You can't post the raw data publicly (e.g., as a free download on your site) or sell access to third parties at scale, but normal agency fulfillment (your client paid you, you ship them the deliverable) is explicitly allowed.
How does this compare to ZoomInfo / Apollo / Lemlist data?+
Those are huge generalist databases — you still have to filter, score, and audit yourself. We start narrow (industry + city) and audit each business against 47 site-quality checks. Do you sell consumer / homeowner data?+
No. B2B only. If your client needs homeowner leads (residential HVAC, residential roofing, etc.), Iron Front Sites + the audit funnel is the path that works. Reach out and Aaron will route you.
What if I want a custom industry or sub-vertical?+
Reply to the welcome email with your spec. Aaron will run a 25-row sample against your custom slice (no charge) and quote pricing if the volume's there. We've custom-run for verticals as narrow as 'metro-area medical-spa with 50+ Google reviews' and as wide as 'all Florida service businesses with broken websites.'
Can I see a sample before paying?+
Yes — the welcome email includes a 5-row sample with real data for your stated industry + city. Real businesses, real phone numbers, real audit scores. If the sample isn't useful, you don't pay; reply "not for me" and we delete the row.
